Iris Springer

Iris has over 25 years of Corporate Finance, M&A, and Private equity experience. Her extensive experience across the sell-side and buy-side started at Salomon Smith Barney, then she later worked for Citigroup focusing on M&A, LBOs, ECM as well as DCM. In addition, Iris has coached CEOs, Executive and Non-Executive Board Members, and Heads of Investment Banking. Her keen interest in principal investments have enabled her to advise and train a range of Private Equity companies as well as Sovereign Wealth Funds.
