Humphrey Wu

Humphrey has been working with Financial Edge since 2018. Prior to this, Humphrey worked in JPMorgan’s Investment Banking Division in NYC for more than a decade, holding positions in its Financial Modeling, M&A and Capital Structure/Solutions groups. Humphrey provided clients and deal teams with corporate finance advice and capital market solutions. Additionally, he was responsible for creating proprietary Excel models designated as the primary analytical tools for JPM’s M&A, LBO, financing and valuation assignments.
