After purchasing your desired session length we will send you a booking form to schedule your time and day, choose your preferred coach and detail the service you require. After this our coach will contact you to gather further details and prepare your tailored session. Please see our full private coaching terms for more details.

Our team’s availability is between 09:00-17:00 UTC Mon-Fri. We set a minimum 2-hour buffer for all bookings to enable us to prepare for your coaching session appropriately. If we do not get the details we require within that time we will ask you to reschedule. This service will be unavailable from June to September due to other training commitments.

If there are no suitable options within the 7-day limit please contact our support team who will assist with your booking.

Yes, we have a pool of expert coaches available each week to choose from. Please note not all instructors will be available at all times.

Absolutely. Our 1:1 private sessions are tailored to your exact needs. We will ask for further details including any relevant files during the booking process. This enables your coach to prepare and maximize the value of your time together.

We use Microsoft Teams for our coaching session video calls, which you can access via any modern browser. We recommend using a laptop or desktop device to aid collaboration and screen sharing. A fast and stable internet connection is also recommended. A PDF reader and spreadsheet application may be required to open specific resources.

Sessions are limited to the purchased time and do not overrun. Prior to the session, if we feel your request requires longer we will advise you to book the 60-minute session instead and refund your initial booking. If the session has started and needs more time, we will advise you to book another session and choose the same instructor.

No. Once you’ve paid the session fee that’s it. We will contact you for more details about your request.

Due to the nature of our booking system we cannot refund partially unused time or booked sessions. If you have not completed the booking form then we can offer a full refund. You may reschedule once prior to the session, or within the first 5 minutes for technical issues.

You can reschedule once from our booking system prior to the session starting. If you require further support please contact us immediately. Your coach will be reserved for the time requested, we cannot offer a refund for late or no shows. If you are late you will only have the duration of your requested time left.
