Plans and Pricing
Can I get a refund on my plan?
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Annual plans cannot be refunded if our courses have been accessed, or any certificates have been earned. Please see our
refunds policy for more details.

How can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel your plan at any time until 24 hours before your free trial or annual plan ends.
If you forget to cancel your plan before it renews you are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of the renewal. You will not be eligible for a refund if you earned any certificates within the 72 – hour refund window.

If I cancel my plan, will I still have access to the courses I completed?
You will have access to the platform until the day the plan expires, and you can download any certificates earned during that period.
Which payment does my discount code apply to?
If you have a discount code, it will apply to each annual payment e.g 25% off each annual renewal.
Do you have a student discount?
Yes, student discounts are available for those in full-time study. Please reach out to info@fe.training with a photo of your current and valid student ID to qualify.
How do I change my plan?
If you wish to change or upgrade your Felix plan, you can select the
plan you want and upgrade
with your Felix login. If you have more questions, please email our support team at go@fe.training.
What are the Felix plans available?
We have three plans available which includes our Free plan, Boost plan and Pro plan. Please refer to our subscription plan page
for more details.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments via credit or debit card or PayPal. If you are experiencing difficulties with payment, please email our support team at info@fe.training.
Will my membership automatically renew when I sign up?
Your annual membership will automatically renew. If you don’t want to renew your plan, you can cancel it before the renewal date.
Are there any additional fees or costs?
No. All our online courses are available in one annual price and there are no additional fees required to earn any your certifications.
How do I get a student discount applied to my Felix purchase?
All undergraduate and postgraduate students in the UK can visit
Student Beans
to verify their ID and receive a discount. Students outside of the UK should contact info@fe.training.
Can a student discount be applied with any other discount or promotional sale?
Student discounts cannot be applied in conjunction with any other discounts.
If I upgrade from the Boost plan to the Pro plan whilst there is a sale going on, will I receive the discount?
Yes, you would receive the discount available at the time. We also consider how many months into your subscription you are.
What happens if I do not finish my course before the subscription end date?
Access to our courses coincides with your subscription term, therefore you would have twelve months to complete your course(s) and subsequently get certified.
Can I pause my plan?
Unfortunately, pausing is not an option.
Online Courses
What is Felix?
Felix is our all-in-one toolkit for finance professionals, packed with hundreds of hours of learning content and real-world finance tools. All our online courses will be delivered through this platform.
If I complete The Investment Banker and want to take The Portfolio Manager, do I have to do some of the same modules again?
No, any complete module will count as completed across all micro-degrees, making it even easier to earn more certifications.
Are the courses available in other languages?
No, all online courses in our plans are available in English.
What are the requirements to take a course?
Most of our online certifications are suitable for students, graduates and finance professionals who are either looking to land an entry level position or move to a different team within the finance industry. Our content and assessments cover everything you need to know from the fundamentals in accounting, modeling and valuation to advanced practical case studies. Please refer to the recommendations on each course for more details.
How long do I have to complete the course?
You have unlimited access to all our courses within your annual Felix plan. You can complete all videos, exercises, try-outs and assessments at your own pace.
What course would you recommend as a starting point? How do I determine which course is best for me and my career progression?

Can I study multiple courses at once?
Yes, with either the Felix Boost and Pro plan, you would have unlimited access to all sixty-four courses at once and have the option to study whichever course you choose to. Many playlists count towards multiple qualifications.
How long will it take to complete a course?
Please refer to the hours listed on each of our courses for their estimated completion time.
What is the average course completion time for users?
Average course completion is dependent on how much time you can devote to your chosen course, your personal learning style and studying habits. However, per week, on average, our engaged subscribers spend between eighty to two-hundred minutes watching Felix content which means a Micro degree of forty-nine hours could be completed in approximately four months.
Do you provide mentoring or coaching? Do you offer career guidance?
Unfortunately, we do not offer one-to-one mentoring or coaching but there are resources in our Professional Skills and Careers section on Felix.

Exams and certificates
What is the format of the exams?
All our exams are made up of multiple-choice questions drawn from a randomized question bank. The Modeler Skills Certificate includes a case study assignment which requires you to build and submit a financial model, this will be reviewed by an instructor.
What is the pass rate for a micro-degree?
The pass mark for each exam and assignment is 70%.
How many resits do I have?
Each exam will offer 2 attempts (this includes 1 free resit after the first attempt). You have unlimited attempts for try-outs and quizzes as they are aimed to help you prepare for the topics in the exam.
Will I get a certificate if I do a free course?
Yes, you will receive a completion certificate after completing a free course. Learn more about our different certificationshere.
Do I get a physical certificate?
No, all certificates are digital and can be downloaded and shared on your LinkedIn profile. If you would prefer a physical certificate you can print your certificate through the link provided from your digital version.
If I complete all the skills certificates in The Investment Banker, can I still earn that Micro-degree?
Yes, if you successfully pass all parts of any micro-degree, you will earn a micro-degree certificate. All completed skills certificates collected will count towards your micro-degree (applied to all relevant micro-degrees on the dashboard).
How can I access my certificate?
A link to your certificate will be emailed to you after completion, you can access this via ourcredentials portal

Can I purchase an individual certification program?
Our certifications are not available to purchase individually but you can access them through an annual Felix plan. With an annual plan you can still complete an individual course and benefit from access to even more of our certifications and specialist courses.
What will I receive when I complete a course? How do I get certified?
All courses are certified. When you complete your last exam you’ll be able to access a Completion Certificate, Skill Certificate or a Micro-Degree.
Technical Support
Can I access the course from MAC or Windows?
