One-to-one Coaching
The client is a highly profitable, boutique hedge fund in London that doesn’t typically run training programs for new hires.
They needed a short, intense one-on-one coaching program to get a new hire up to speed, with a particular focus on modelling and valuation for SaaS (Software as a service).
The client also needed the new hire to have access to learning and support on an ongoing basis as they got up to speed.

We routinely deliver to classrooms of hundreds, but also provide intensive coaching and one-on-one training where the situation demands it. For this client we delivered a five-day instructional program in London, with some pre-work on accounting delivered as self-paced eLearning.
Continued Education
One day was spent on accounting, two days on modelling, and built a model of Adobe’s transition from an ecommerce product to a SAAS company, using live data from company financials. The final two days were focused on valuation. Once the in-person training had concluded, the individual had full access to Felix, our extensive eLearning platform with 280 hours of on-demand content across 2,900+ videos and 1,000+ practical workouts.
