You can cancel your plan at any time until 24 hours before your free trial or annual plan ends.

If you forget to cancel your plan before it renews you are eligible for a refund within 72 hours of the renewal. You will not be eligible for a refund if you earned any certificates within the 72-hour refund window.

You will have access to the platform until the day the plan expires, and you can download any certificates earned during that period.

If you have a discount code it will apply to the individual course or first year of your plan. Renewal payments can be made using a new discount code if available.

All our exams are made up of multiple-choice questions drawn from a randomized question bank. The Modeler Skills Certificate includes a case study assignment which requires you to build and submit a financial model, this will be reviewed and graded by one of our instructor team.

The pass mark for each exam and assignment is 70%.

Each exam will offer 2 attempts (this includes 1 free resit after the first attempt). You have unlimited attempts for the quizzes and try-outs as they are aimed to help you prepare for the topics in the exam.

No, all certificates are digital. They can be downloaded and shared on your LinkedIn profile. If you would prefer a physical certificate you can print your certificate through the link provided.

Yes, our certification is designed to reward your progress in each skill area while contributing towards our top level certification: micro-degrees, which demonstrates your proficiency at a role. Completing multiple skill areas related to a micro-degree will unlock that level.

A link to your certificate will be emailed to you after completion, you can access this via our credentials portal.

Yes, we offer individual certifications with lifetime access or you can access all certifications with an annual plan. With an annual plan you can still complete individual courses but also benefit from access to our full playlist catalogue, live sessions and content updates.

All courses are certified. When you complete your last exam you will be able to access a Completion certificate, Skill Certificate or a Micro-Degree.
